How big is SDSU Library?
The University Library located at Centennial Plaza, east of Campanile Mall on the main campus of SDSU, occupies more than 500,000 square feet (46,000 m2), seats more than 3,000 people, and circulates more than 488,000 books yearly (as of 2011).

Can SDSU alumni use the library?
You are welcome in the library! If you have a card from the city or county library, you can take advantage of this sharing program and borrow items for free from SDSU. Alternatively, you can become a lifetime member of the Alumni Association and check out books from SDSU directly.
Will the SDSU library be open?
Currently open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, the University Library provides access to study space, printing, standard and high-performance computers.
How do I access my SDSU Library?
To log into your Library account:
- Click the Login link in the upper right corner.
- Select the Library Login button.
- If you are a student, faculty, or staff of SDSU, select Student and employee login.
- Enter your SDSU email address and the password you use to log into your online classroom, or your SDSU accounts.
How do I log into my SDSU email?
Log in to your Gmail web client – Type in the new @sdsu.edu account name and log in with the new password that was setup previously at portal.office.com.
What time does the SCSU library close?
